<p>The JEPCO application offers a range of features that enhance the client's experience:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Create a personalized client profile to optimize JEPCO's services</li>
  <li>Manage multiple sub-accounts/subscriptions with ease</li>
  <li>Scan invoice/bill barcodes to conveniently add sub-accounts</li>
  <li>Access the Meter Self-Read Archive to view up to three months of previous meter readings (if the client has utilized the Meter Self-Read feature in the app)</li>
  <li>Access JEPCO's important contact information for direct support via email or phone</li>
</ul>

<p>The main menu offers additional functionalities:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Receive push notifications for various events such as meter reading dates, issued invoices/bills, and bill payments</li>
  <li>View past notifications by tapping on the bell icon</li>
  <li>Inquire about invoices, allowing clients to:</li>
  <ul>
    <li>Switch between sub-accounts</li>
    <li>Refresh to get the latest status</li>
    <li>Access detailed invoice/bill information by tapping on the respective invoice/bill</li>
    <li>Utilize invoice/bill presentment functionality</li>
  </ul>
  <li>Utilize the Meter Self-Reading feature, which provides the following information:</li>
  <ul>
    <li>Status of meters ready to be read</li>
    <li>Status of meters already read within the authorized period</li>
    <li>Date for meter readings</li>
    <li>Capture and submit meter readings and photos (for meters ready to be read), enabling JEPCO to generate new invoices/bills</li>
  </ul>
  <li>Access account statements that provide:</li>
  <ul>
    <li>Switching between sub-accounts</li>
    <li>Information on all due invoices/bills and the total receivable balance</li>
    <li>Convenience for in-person visits to JEPCO offices, with options to pay:</li>
    <ul>
      <li>An individual invoice/bill using the displayed barcode</li>
      <li>All due invoices/bills using the barcode icon next to the total receivables</li>
    </ul>
  </ul>
  <li>Perform consumption calculations, including:</li>
  <ul>
    <li>Using the Consumption Calculator for simulations</li>
    <li>Calculating current consumption based on the latest tariff (assuming a one-month consumption period)</li>
  </ul>
