The JEPCO application offers a range of features that enhance the client's experience:
- Create a personalized client profile to optimize JEPCO's services
- Manage multiple sub-accounts/subscriptions with ease
- Scan invoice/bill barcodes to conveniently add sub-accounts
- Access the Meter Self-Read Archive to view up to three months of previous meter readings (if the client has utilized the Meter Self-Read feature in the app)
- Access JEPCO's important contact information for direct support via email or phone
The main menu offers additional functionalities:
- Receive push notifications for various events such as meter reading dates, issued invoices/bills, and bill payments
- View past notifications by tapping on the bell icon
- Inquire about invoices, allowing clients to:
- Switch between sub-accounts
- Refresh to get the latest status
- Access detailed invoice/bill information by tapping on the respective invoice/bill
- Utilize invoice/bill presentment functionality
- Utilize the Meter Self-Reading feature, which provides the following information:
- Status of meters ready to be read
- Status of meters already read within the authorized period
- Date for meter readings
- Capture and submit meter readings and photos (for meters ready to be read), enabling JEPCO to generate new invoices/bills
- Access account statements that provide:
- Switching between sub-accounts
- Information on all due invoices/bills and the total receivable balance
- Convenience for in-person visits to JEPCO offices, with options to pay:
- An individual invoice/bill using the displayed barcode
- All due invoices/bills using the barcode icon next to the total receivables
- Perform consumption calculations, including:
- Using the Consumption Calculator for simulations
- Calculating current consumption based on the latest tariff (assuming a one-month consumption period)
